Welcome to PitchMind. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PitchMind website, applications, football prediction tools, subscription services and related features (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or otherwise using PitchMind, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About PitchMind

PitchMind is a football prediction, analytics and sports information platform.

PitchMind provides data-driven football information and predictive content that may include:

• Match outcome probabilities;
• Expert Picks;
• Correct-score estimates;
• Over/Under goals predictions;
• Both Teams to Score (BTTS/GG) predictions;
• Goalscorer estimates;
• Confidence and risk assessments;
• Combined predictions;
• Odds-range prediction categories;
• Higher-risk prediction selections;
• Board predictions; and
• Other football statistics, predictions and analytical information.

PitchMind uses available football data and analytical methods to generate or present this information.

All predictions are estimates and probabilities. They are not guarantees of future sporting outcomes.

2. PitchMind Is Not a Betting Operator

PitchMind provides football prediction and analytical information. PitchMind does not operate a sportsbook, bookmaker, betting exchange or wagering platform.

PitchMind does not:

• Accept betting stakes;
• Accept deposits for wagering;
• Maintain customer betting balances;
• Place bets on behalf of users;
• Process wagers;
• Match bettors against each other;
• Pay betting winnings based on match outcomes; or
• Guarantee financial returns from any prediction.

Payments made to PitchMind are payments for access to digital subscriptions, prediction content, analytical tools and platform features.

If you independently choose to use information obtained through PitchMind on a third-party betting platform, you do so independently and at your own discretion and risk.

PitchMind does not process or participate in any wager you may place with a third party.

3. Accounts

Certain PitchMind features require an account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to maintain the security of your login credentials.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless the activity resulted from a security failure attributable to PitchMind.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Free, Pro and Premium Access

PitchMind may provide free functionality as well as paid subscription plans, including Pro and Premium plans.

Features available under each plan are displayed on the applicable pricing or subscription page and may include different access levels, prediction categories and usage limits.

Paid functionality may include access to:

• Expert Picks;
• Expanded prediction markets;
• 2–10 combined odds prediction categories;
• Higher-risk prediction categories;
• Additional football analysis;
• Increased Board prediction usage; and
• Unlimited Board predictions where included in the applicable plan.

The features and limits displayed for the subscription at the time of purchase form part of the customer's subscription.

5. Expert Picks and Odds-Based Predictions

Expert Picks are football prediction selections generated or selected using PitchMind's analytical systems and methodologies.

Certain selections may be grouped or presented according to estimated or referenced combined odds ranges, including approximately 2–10 odds categories.

Displaying an odds range does not mean PitchMind accepts a wager at those odds.

Any bookmaker odds displayed or referenced may change and may differ between independent third-party providers.

6. Higher-Risk Predictions

PitchMind may provide prediction categories identified as “High Risk” or similar terminology.

Higher-risk predictions involve greater uncertainty and should not be interpreted as guaranteed outcomes.

The classification of a prediction as high confidence, low risk, high risk or any similar designation represents PitchMind's analytical assessment and does not guarantee that the prediction will be successful.

7. Board Predictions

PitchMind may provide a Board prediction feature through which users can access or generate football prediction selections based on available fixtures and the functionality provided by the platform.

The number of Board predictions available may depend on the user's subscription plan.

Some paid plans may provide increased or unlimited Board prediction access.

“Unlimited” access remains subject to reasonable use, technical limitations, security controls and these Terms.

8. Prediction Disclaimer

Football matches are inherently unpredictable.

PitchMind does not guarantee:

• Match results;
• Correct scores;
• Player performance;
• Goalscorer outcomes;
• Expert Pick results;
• Combined prediction results;
• Achievement of a displayed odds range;
• Betting profits; or
• Any financial return.

Probability percentages, confidence ratings, risk ratings and other analytical indicators are estimates.

Past performance or historical prediction accuracy does not guarantee future performance.

Users should not rely on PitchMind predictions as their sole basis for financial decisions.

9. Subscription Payments

Prices for paid plans are displayed before checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Paystack.

PitchMind does not directly store complete payment-card details processed by our payment provider.

Following confirmation of successful payment, the corresponding subscription or paid features will be activated on the customer's account.

Your payment is consideration for access to PitchMind's digital services and is not a betting stake.

10. Subscription Duration and Renewal

The duration of each subscription is displayed before purchase.

Where recurring billing is offered, the renewal terms will be disclosed to the customer before authorization.

Customers may manage or cancel recurring subscriptions using the functionality provided by PitchMind or by contacting customer support where applicable.

Cancellation prevents applicable future renewals but does not ordinarily reverse access already provided for a paid subscription period.

11. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by the PitchMind Refund Policy.

Because PitchMind provides digital services and prediction content that may become immediately available after payment, eligibility for a refund may depend on whether the service has already been delivered or accessed.

Nothing in these Terms limits refund or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Acceptable Use

You may use PitchMind for lawful personal use.

You must not:

• Attempt to circumvent subscription or feature restrictions;
• Share paid accounts or paid content in a manner that violates these Terms;
• Scrape or automatically harvest PitchMind data without authorization;
• Resell, redistribute or commercially reproduce PitchMind predictions without permission;
• Attempt to reverse engineer protected portions of the Service except where permitted by law;
• Interfere with the security or operation of PitchMind;
• Use PitchMind for fraudulent activity; or
• Use PitchMind in violation of applicable laws.

13. Intellectual Property

PitchMind and its associated software, designs, prediction systems, databases, branding, original content and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a subscription gives you a limited right to access the applicable Service. It does not transfer ownership of PitchMind's intellectual property to you.

14. Third-Party Services

PitchMind may contain information obtained from, integrations with, or links to third-party services.

Third-party websites, bookmakers, payment providers and other external services operate independently from PitchMind.

PitchMind is not responsible for the availability, terms, actions or services of independent third parties.

15. Service Availability

We work to keep PitchMind available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Football data may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, corrected or unavailable due to circumstances outside our control.

We may maintain, update, modify or temporarily suspend parts of the Service when reasonably necessary.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PitchMind will not be responsible for losses resulting solely from a user's decision to rely on a football prediction or sporting outcome estimate.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

17. Changes to the Service or Terms

PitchMind may update its features, subscription offerings and these Terms.

Where changes materially affect users' rights or paid services, we will provide appropriate notice where required.

The current version of these Terms will be made available on the PitchMind website.
