PitchMind (“we”, “us”) provides football analysis and match chances. This policy explains what we collect and why. PitchMind is an analysis product — not a betting service.

• Account details you provide (email and account ID from our sign-in provider).
• Usage needed to enforce plans and credits (e.g. prediction views).
• Payment details from our payment partner when you subscribe.
• Technical logs (IP, browser type, error traces) for security and reliability.

How we use data

• Sign you in and deliver the product.
• Apply your plan benefits and prevent abuse.
• Process payments and prevent fraud.
• Improve our predictions and fix problems.

Sharing

We use trusted partners for hosting (e.g. Vercel), database and sign-in (Supabase), payments (e.g. Paystack), and football data feeds. We do not sell personal data. We do not share data with bookmakers for the purpose of placing bets.

Retention & rights

We keep account and billing records as needed to run the service and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion of your account data by contacting us through the support channel in the app.

Children

PitchMind is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). Do not create an account if you are under that age.
